Stay safe

While You Wait for Us

A few steps keep everyone safe until the door is repaired.

  1. Keep Everyone Clear

Stay out from under the door, and keep children, pets and cars away.

  2. Stop Using the Opener

If it keeps trying to run, unplug it.

  3. Don’t Touch Springs or Cables

They’re under high tension even when broken.

  4. Take a Photo if It’s Safe

It helps us bring the right parts.

Are you available for emergency garage door repair?

Emergency repair is one of our services. Call (615) 500-0326, describe what happened and we’ll tell you honestly when we can be there.

My car is stuck in the garage. What should I do?

Don’t try to force the door or keep running the opener. If a spring is broken, the door is very heavy. Call us and we’ll talk through options, including whether it’s safe to open the door manually in the meantime.

The door won’t close and I’m leaving. What can I do?

Check that nothing is blocking the safety sensors and that both sensor lights are steady, then try the wall button. If the door still won’t close, call us. Don’t try to lower a door that has a broken spring or cable.
